Flat and house security

GRIFS AG offers a number of standardised security solutions for flats and private houses. All clients have access to the GRIFS AG specialist team, who will identify the risk areas at the client’s home, and develop a security system solution suited for the client’s flat or private house.

What is included in the service fee?

The service fee comprises the monthly subscription fee and the installation fee.

Monthly security fees

Self-security
7,22€ including VAT
  • SMS notifications to the client in case of alarm
  • Mobile team does not arrive at the place of alarm
Call-up security
14,52€ including VAT
  • Response Control Unit calls the client in case of alarm
  • Additional fee for mobile team calls (with the client’s approval)
Prepaid security
14,52€ including VAT
  • Additional fee for each mobile team call (14,52 € with VAT)
Standard technical security
18,15€ including VAT
  • Monthly fee does not change if the number of calls is not exceeded
  • 2—3 free calls per month included

Your own equipment

If you buy the equipment right away, you have to make a single payment, and you may choose any of the monthly payment plans offered.

Purchase and installation of equipment 315€

This package includes:

  • 1 motion sensor
  • magnetic door contact
  • station with remote control

Installation fee 0€

Monthly fee depends on the plan: 7,22€ (and over)

If necessary, the security system package can be complemented with additional equipment, such as motion sensors, smoke detectors and other important security system elements that will provide additional security.

Additional fee for urgent (unscheduled) installation of security systems: 60,50€

If you rent the equipment, then a contract is signed for a specified period, and the first instalment is paid, with a fixed monthly fee.

If a package includes

Installation fee 0€

The monthly security and equipment rental fee is 31,46€ (and over)

If necessary, the security system package can be complemented with additional equipment, such as motion sensors, smoke detectors and other important security system elements that will provide additional security.

Additional fee for urgent (unscheduled) installation of security systems: 60,50€

If you already have your own equipment, you may choose any of the monthly payment plans, first paying the fee for connecting to the Grifs AG network.
